We can roll your fingerprints on your card provided or we can provide FD-258 cards for you. It’s best to ask the requesting party which cards they will accept. FINGERPRINTING A MINOR -Parent / Guardian must be present during fingerprinting so you can verify that the signature on the waiver is valid, and the parents or Guardian must sign waiver.
